Freedom of Flight Aerial host incredibly popular birthday parties for children age 6 – 16 years old. We can host your party at our studio, Aerial Haven, 60 unit 3, Newhaven Road, Edinburgh, EH6 5QB.
Parties are priced per participant at £15 per person for 1.5 hours.
Minimum number of 6 and maximum of 24 participants.
To secure the booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £50
Numbers must be confirmed and final payment required 7 days prior to the event.
We do not offer refunds or partial refunds if numbers reduce after final payment is made.
You will receive a google form link for a participation form, which provides participants with information about what to expect, where to find us and what to bring. We require all participants to have filled in the form as it acts as permission to participate and checks for any medical information we might need to know.
On the day we welcome all the participants with a quick overview of the session and a safety brief. Then we warm up with some games and joint mobility to prepare for the aerial equipment. The time is split in half to learn two pieces of aerial equipment, you can choose one as trapeze or aerial hoop and the second from silks or cocoon. We get them together for a group photo and then finish with a stretch to cool down.
If you wish to have cake or snacks this can be done in our reception area (we don’t allow eating/drinking in the studio area). If you would like to do this we just need to know on the day and we will finish up the aerial workshop earlier to allow 10-15 minutes for snacks/cake in the reception area. Please bring along anything you need for this as we don’t have anything at the studio and we are a zero waste facility, so we ask that all rubbish is taken away at the end.

We will then get in touch 2 weeks before to confirm your numbers and arrange final payment.
